These conditions also apply to each individual when booking as a group. It is advised that you take out your own personal accident/cancellation insurance.


Wild Swim Snowdonia recognises that mountain walking and swimming are activities with a danger of personal injury or death. Participants in these activities should be aware of and accept these risks and be responsible for their own involvement. By booking a day/event you are aware and accept these risks and will be responsible for your own actions and involvement. Wild Swim Snowdonia will help you to manage these, but can never completely remove them.


For group bookings, each individual must complete a booking form.

Only on receipt of a completed booking form and full payment will a place be guaranteed.


We always aim to run the guided wild swims we sell. However, Wild Swim Snowdonia will notify the client of cancellation as soon as we can where it believes on reasonable grounds that cancellation is needed based on dangerous or unsuitable conditions for the activity.

If Wild Swim Snowdonia has to cancel your guided wild swim you will be offered either a full refund or another date to suit both parties. Wild Swim Snowdonia will not be able to reimburse for any travel or general Snowdonia trip expenses.


A cancellation by the client must be in writing to our email address wildswimsnowdonia@gmail.com.

Once re receive this, Wild Swim Snowdonia will attempt to re sell the place on our guided wild swim. If we can do this, we will offer you a full refund. If we can’t we will charge these fees:

Where notice is 30 days or less, no refund will be given.

If notice is 30 days or more, Wild Swim Snowdonia will offer you a full refund.


Wild Swim Snowdonia guided wild swim doesn’t include any personal accident, cancellation, third-party liability or personal insurance. As stated on our Keeping You Safe page, we recommend you take out your own insurance. We will accept no responsibility in terms of loss or damage to personal property.
